Easy rust prevention with PIPAK®
PIPAK® is a polyethylene-based rust preventive packaging film material, blended with a metal corrosion inhibitor, or volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) that vaporizes at room temperature. It works by releasing a harmless, non-toxic, odorless, and colorless rust-preventive vapor into the air around the wrapped product. The rust-preventive agent settles on the product surface and forms a protective layer, inhibiting rust from forming.
For maximum product performance, PIPAK® packaging can be used to vacuum seal the product and extend safe storage to 5 years or more.

Due to the inherent protective properties of PIPAK®, it is not necessary to degrease the protected parts after opening. This makes it especially useful for parts that cannot use oils, or simply to maintain a clean working environment of the packing workplace, simplifying the degreasing process.
